PARNITA sENJIT, Founder

  

 

Parnita, founder of Lil’ Leo, is a wellness coach, artist, and author inspired by her therapy dog, Leo. With nearly 20 years of experience, she blends creativity and compassion to support mental wellness and community well-being.


Through art via mindfulness practices in the community and guided meditation sessions, she invites young people and adults to pause, reflect, and connect with themselves and others. The Lil’ Leo series fosters kindness toward pets and nurtures empathetic engagement across generations, strengthening bonds between people and their animal companions.


Guided by her inspirational journey across 3 continents, Parnita serves 

as an Assessor with Pets As Therapy www.petastherapy.org.uk .

 She also serves as a Trustee of the Animal Behaviour and Training Council www.abtc.org.uk,  and a

 Board Member of OurLocalOnline www.ourlocalonline.com/women-in-business, championing connection, creativity, and compassion as foundations for thriving communities

David is a technology and operations leader with more than 25 years’ experience transforming businesses, scaling digital services, and governing complex, regulated environments. He has an exceptional track record in driving growth, operational excellence, and innovation across utilities, health tech, and global BPO

In his most recent role as Utilities Portfolio Director at Infosys, he managed all UK energy and utilities accounts. He led cloud transformation strategies for a major water utilities company and worked with a European based, energy supplier, on a global process harmonisation programme. He has also sat as the senior supplier representative on cyber security boards, contributing to national‑level resilience and risk oversight.

Previously, as CEO of Hospedia, a PE‑owned health tech business, he led the turnaround of an insolvent media company into a growing health technology organisation. He doubled the company’s market share in patient flow software and increasing clinical revenues by 400%. He launched three new clinical products, established a new professional services division.

Earlier in his career, as Director of Marketing & Innovation at Sutherland Global Services, he helped established EMEA operations and created an innovation lab focused on emerging technologies such as AI and RPA. He delivered major innovation programmes with Amazon, Huawei, Cisco and HMV.

Suman is a seasoned professional with 25+ years of experience across the UK, India and the US. He has led high-performing teams in technology, consultancy and policy.
 

As a civil servant in the Office for Zero Emission Vehicles, he heads the Consumer and Data Policy team. He is responsible for overseeing policy, legislation and regulation for all consumer-related aspects of the UK’s public EV charging infrastructure and for the UK’s EV Open Data policy, including accessibility for disabled drivers. In addition, he has also been a key contributor to multiple cross-sector task forces in this area.
 

Previously, in his career in consultancy and technology services, he has led critical change programmes in the
transport and travel industries, including multi-year, multi-stakeholder programmes, leading 700+ person teams and setting up an AI practice from scratch.
 

His family includes a 7 year old and two cats, and he is a passionate believer in the mutually beneficial connections and deep engagements between animals and humans.

Mark is a visionary and adaptive leader with a proven track record across charity, education, and accessibility sectors. As Founder of Empowerment Engine and a board member of Citizens Advice Eastleigh, he brings a unique blend of strategic insight, operational expertise, and creative consultancy. His career spans senior management roles in national charities, where he has overseen safeguarding, governance, and multi-agency coordination, as well as independent consultancy projects focused on impact mapping, inclusion, and organisational transition. Mark’s approach is rooted in equity, transparency, and ethical practice, ensuring that every initiative he supports delivers measurable impact while maintaining dignity and authenticity for the communities it serves.

Alongside his professional achievements, Mark is deeply embedded in the local community working with several charities and as a parish councillor. Mark has always cultivated strong partnerships across the voluntary and statutory sectors and is seen as being skilled in emotionally intelligent communication, inclusive resource design, and strategic planning, making him an asset to boards seeking to strengthen governance, diversity, and stakeholder engagement. His ability to combine evidence-based analysis with creative problem-solving allows him to challenge constructively, support executive teams, and contribute to long-term resilience and innovation.
